A complaint was sent to Tourism and the equine manager went to check the horse. It was determined that the horse needed to be trimmed. His toes on both front legs were long and the rubber tire on his right was worn unevenly. The owner was instructed not to allow the horse on tour until he has been trimmed appropriately and his rubber tires replaced. Horse had to be re-inspected before he could begin touring again.
