A woman in a car tried to pass carriage wagon. The car was too close, struck the wagon, and the mule’s leg. The driver of the car did not stop and turned into a drive. There were witnesses in the wagon that she was at fault. The wagon driver checked the mule and continued the tour. A vet was called upon return to barn.
