While on tour, a horse started spooking, when approaching Meeting Street. The horse backed up and the carriage wagon jack knifed and pinned the horse against a building. The passengers were off loaded and the wagon was manually moved so it could be released off the horse. The horse was uninjured and walked back to the barn. There did not appear to be any damage to the building. There were no injuries to horse or people.
