While a carriage wagon on tour stopped briefly, one of two horses pulling the wagon lay down in the street. The horse remained in a prone position until the harness was removed and he rose to his feet without incident. The horse was walked back to the barn. The passengers finished their tour with another horse and wagon. A vet was called to examine the horse and found all vitals within the normal range.
