Two horses were reported roaming the street unsupervised. Employees from another carriage company were able to catch the two horses, put halters on them, and walk them back to their barn. An employee of the company the horses belonged came to help. A summons was issued to the company owner for animal non-restraint ordinance 5-4(a)
