Yes, that is evident there is “no support” on the part of Charleston City Council – just by the fact that you are even having these issues. Clearly people want change and are fed up with what is ‘not working’. The only thing working is the horses, for a dying trade. But hey, keep holding on – it looks so good on your city!
It’s a sad day when your council reject change for good, the wishes of their constituents and tourists. May I remind you that all, ultimately, determine the future of Council and your city’s revenue. Believe me, catering to a dying trade isn’t going to get council re-elected.
It’s hard to believe you have a council that does not look ahead and plan for the future. Not smart.Happy to spend my tourist money anywhere else!
