While on a tour on King Street, the rubber came off of the tire on the carriage wagon. A resident noticed and harassed the driver about this, following the wagon as it continued on tour. The resident got in a golf cart and blocked the wagon on Murray Blvd. She continued to harass the driver for several minutes. A passenger filmed the resident. The wagon did finish the tour. The incident was reported to a TEO.
