While on tour, the carriage wagon shaft that connects the horse to the wagon snapped. The equipment had to be removed from the horse and the passengers were moved off of the wagon. No injuries were reported. Employees walked the horse back to the barn and a vet checked the horse. The City charged the company with an equipment maintenance violation.
