As carriage wagon driver pulled over for traffic, the horse started backing up and caused the wagon to jack knife and the wagon hit a truck. The horse was left in jack knife position and a man helped hold the horse until help from the barn came. It was determined later that the driving lines were attached to a spot on the bit that was too sensitive for the horse and those were adjusted.
