A carriage wagon was stopped at an intersection by police to allow a parade to pass. The horse was blocked in and spooked by bagpipes playing. The horse backed up into a minivan with passengers and damaged the minivan. The wagon driver was thrown from the wagon. The horse was calmed down by a some people watching the parade. The wagon driver was taken to a hospital as a precaution. The city had not provided proper notice of the parade, so that wagons could be rerouted.
