A carriage driver had pulled the carriage wagon to the side to let cars pass. As the driver was waiting for traffic to clear, he was using his whip to point out dwellings across the street. At that point, his whip made contact with the antennae of a passing car. The driver of the car stopped and called the police. The police did not cite anyone but did issue and incident report.
