Quote from the woman whose car was hit: “I was minding my own business today, on my way to work, when a horse carriage collided with my car! I was at a complete stop, waiting for the carriage to pass, when the horse got spooked because of construction going on around him. He literally jumped sideways into my car as the carriage tore down the side of my car. Luckily no one was injured. This needs to stop! I’m fired up! How can I help??” The Police and Tourism responded to this incident. There was over $5000 of body work done to repair the car.
