Date of Incident:\u00a0<\/strong>April 13, 2018<\/p>\n Name of Company:\u00a0<\/strong>Old South Carriage Company<\/p>\n Code:<\/strong>\u00a0Horse\/Mule Related & Bodily Injury & Horses\/Mules Not Under Control<\/p>\n As an employee was walking a horse into the barn, the tack caught on a vis-a-vis and the horse bolted running out the rear door of the barn pulling the vis-\u00e0-vis onto the street. The horse was stopped on Anson Street. The wagon rolled over the employee\u2019s legs and she was taken to a medical facility. The horse had an abrasion on his right rear fetlock and a rub on his right shoulder from the collar on his harness.
