The horse was on a training exercise since he had not been working downtown since March 2020. At a street corner, the carriage wagon came up to a garbage truck. The horse spooked and backed up and the wagon went into a jackknife position. The horse tripped over his own feet and sat down. He had minor abrasions on his left and right rear fetlocks. The horse was able to stand up on his own and was untacked and taken back to the barn. Tourism was notified and vet was called. A vet report was to be submitted to Tourism before the horse could return to work.
