As an employee was walking a horse into the barn, the tack caught on a vis-a-vis and the horse bolted running out the rear door of the barn pulling the vis-à-vis onto the street. The horse was stopped on Anson Street. The wagon rolled over the employee’s legs and she was taken to a medical facility. The horse had an abrasion on his right rear fetlock and a rub on his right shoulder from the collar on his harness. The horse went to the farm and was to have a vet check him and release him back to work.
