Two horses pulling a carriage wagon were spooked by a passerby dressed in a dinosaur costume. One horse fell, sustaining cuts and scratches. The wagon driver lost his balance and fell to the ground, where a carriage wheel then rolled over one of his legs. When the horses spooked, they began backing up, causing the wagon to hit an unoccupied vehicle parked on the street.
